Westwood is quite a historically enriched community that offers a tranquil and unhurried lifestyle. However, despite the laid-back feel of Westwood it is a town of perpetual growth and development. It boast a school district that has earned the Distinguished Schools Award from the California Department of Education as well as having very active sports and extra curricular programs.

We welcome and invite you to visit and perhaps consider relocating or purchasing a second home here in Westwood. Housing and properties are still very affordable here. The people are friendly, the air crystal clear and the water is some of the best in the country being pumped from a natural spring in neighboring Clear Creek. Sound too good to be true? Well, it's not. Come see for yourself, but be forewarned, bring several changes of clothing because you won't want to leave!
